Can I return a ring purchased from Ting Diamond?

We offer an exchange (not a refund) within 7 days of purchase for non-custom, non-engraved items in original unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation. We do not offer cash refunds.

What items are non-exchangeable?

Custom-made rings, engraved items, and any item that has been altered or resized after purchase are non-exchangeable. Loose diamonds purchased separately are also non-exchangeable once a GIA certificate has been issued in the customer's name.

How do I initiate an exchange?

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of your purchase date. Bring the item in its original condition with the original packaging, receipt, and certificate to our Knutsford Terrace showroom. Exchanges are subject to inspection.

What condition must items be in for an exchange?

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all certificates and documentation. Any signs of wear, alteration, or damage will void the exchange eligibility.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Custom-made or bespoke rings and jewellery
Any item that has been engraved, resized, or altered after purchase
Loose diamonds once the GIA or IGI certificate has been issued in the customer's name

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn and undamaged, returned in their original packaging with all certificates, documentation, and the original receipt. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will void eligibility.

Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of your purchase date to arrange an appointment. Please bring the item along with all original packaging, certificates, and your receipt to our showroom at Knutsford Terrace, Tsim Sha Tsui. All exchanges are subject to inspection by our team.

We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns are exchanged for store credit or an alternative item of equal value.
