7-Day Exchange
We offer an exchange (not a cash refund) within 7 days of the original purchase date for eligible non-custom, non-engraved items. Items must be presented in unworn, original condition with all original packaging, receipt, and certificates.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom-made or bespoke rings and jewellery
- Any item that has been engraved, resized, or altered after purchase
- Loose diamonds once the GIA or IGI certificate has been issued in the customer's name
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn and undamaged, returned in their original packaging with all certificates, documentation, and the original receipt. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will void eligibility.
How to Initiate an Exchange
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of your purchase date to arrange an appointment. Please bring the item along with all original packaging, certificates, and your receipt to our showroom at Knutsford Terrace, Tsim Sha Tsui. All exchanges are subject to inspection by our team.
We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns are exchanged for store credit or an alternative item of equal value.
