What Are Import Duties & VAT?
When your order crosses an international border, the destination country's customs authority may charge import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), GST, or other local taxes and fees before the package can be delivered. These charges are separate from, and not included in, the price you pay at checkout.
Who Is Responsible for These Charges?
As the recipient, you are the Importer of Record for your shipment and are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by your destination country's customs authority. Ting Diamond does not collect these charges on your behalf.
Check Before You Order
Because rates vary by country, product type, and declared value, we recommend contacting your local customs authority for an estimate before placing your order, so there are no surprises when your package arrives.
Customs Clearance
If your international package is delayed or held in customs, our shipping carrier will usually act as your broker and can help you complete payment of any duties and taxes so your delivery can proceed.
Shipping to the United Kingdom, Australia & Canada
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Prices at checkout are shown in your local currency (GBP, AUD, or CAD) for your convenience, but this converted price does not include any duties or taxes that may be charged upon import.
