We recommend booking an appointment in advance so Pete or Winnie can prepare diamonds matching your preferences. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability may be limited.

Can I buy a GIA diamond and ring setting separately?

Yes — this is our most popular approach. You choose your GIA or IGI certified loose diamond first, then select a ring setting separately. This lets you control quality and budget on each element independently.

How long does it take to make a custom engagement ring?

Most custom engagement rings take 1–2 weeks from diamond selection to completion. Rush orders of 5–7 days may be possible depending on the setting style.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if you have any concerns. Custom and engraved items are non-refundable but may be exchangeable at our discretion.

Do you offer GIA certificate verification?

Yes. Every GIA-certified diamond we sell can be verified at gia.edu using the report number. IGI certificates can be verified at igionline.com. We encourage all customers to verify before purchase.

What is the HCA tool and should I use it?

The HCA (Holloway Cut Adviser) is a mathematical model that predicts a diamond's light performance based on its proportions — specifically angles and depth percentages. A lower HCA score generally indicates better light return. We use HCA as one of several tools alongside actual visual inspection.

Do you accept payment by instalment?

We accept major credit cards, bank transfer and selected buy-now-pay-later options. Please contact us to discuss instalment arrangements for larger purchases.

Can I sell my diamond to Ting Diamond?

*If you only buy loose diamonds, you can choose to pay by cash, Visa, Master, bank transfer, WeChat payment or Alipay by testing the diamond pen test and coding the GIA laser on the diamond waist.

It takes four to five days to order a diamond to be shipped from Hong Kong to a foreign country. It usually takes 2-3 days for a single diamond to be set up. When taking a ring, we also use a diamond pen to test the diamond and encode the GIA laser on the diamond waist. After checking the ring is satisfied, then pay the balance. Only pay the balance.
